Hey It Gals!

Here’s the thing… about college… it sometimes feel like it’s in the WAY! What I mean by that is, in the midst of me trying to build a brand, indulge into my creativity, and fulfill myself in ways beyond the classroom. There’s papers due, research to be done, test to study for, assignments to complete and the list goes on and on. I am grateful and blessed to be in the position I’m in to be actively pursuing a degree in my desired field, but when taking five upper level courses I am struggling to find time for anything else. BUT... just because it’s a struggle doesn’t mean I’m not going to try and hopefully succeed at accomplishing it all. Put a whole lot of emphasis on the “try” part.

In my personal life I’ve experienced and I am still experiencing growth on a continuous basis, as we all do, but with that growth I’ve found motivation and inspiration to push myself to more and change the things that aren’t helping me elevate. So, in my new found inspiration after a long awaited breakthrough I want to implement a new and improved focus of The “It” Gal and add a new segment that I’m super excited about. In simpler terms, The “It” Gal is going to under a well-needed and deserved construction. If you’ve been with me from the start I hope you understand that with creative outlets or with anything in life it’s necessary to take a step back, re-focus things, start over, take breaks or whatever is necessary in order to produce something you’re proud of, confident in and can become a success.

In the meantime, I don’t want to give away what the new segment will be just yet, but over the next few weeks I will need my “It” Gals input on what you all want to read, now and learn about. What are your interests, what topics need light shed on, what intrigues you? These are things I want and need to know! Do you care about #OOTD’s or is that not so hot anymore? Overall, I want to know what you care about as an “It” Gal living her best life day to day. So, how can you help? I’ll be posting questions, posing polls etc. on my different social media platforms to receive as much feedback as possible. Be that person to answer the polls and leave comments and questions so you can be heard. Big thanks to my friends who have already shared with me great ideas, topics and inspiration for future posts, but there’s no limit. The more the merrier, the more I know my “It” Gals the more we can connect and grow!
