Florida native, Jaiya Williams is a 21-year-old senior currently attending the University of South Florida studying Mass Communications with a focus in Public Relations. As a PR student, she's been driven to build her brand. How she aimed to do so began with starting her own blog.
Jaiya had a desire to build a space for women to feel empowered, represented and united. A true girl enthusiast. As she grew personally so did The It Gal. She recognized her purpose and made the decision to turn her interests into something bigger than herself. The It Gal evolved into the blog, the movement, and the organization. Being coined the nickname "Hollywood" at a young age, Jaiya always aspired to live a confident, glam and girl boss lifestyle.
