75th Annual North Florida Fair

Hey It Gals, this past weekend I took a trip back to my hometown Tallahassee, FL to uphold my civic duty of voting but in the midst of that my mom, grandmother and I made it our business to attend the 75th Annual North Florida Fair. It was my grandmother's first time going being that she's not from that United States so it was cool being able to share that experience with her. We didn't ride rides because who am I kidding, I'm not going to ride alone while my mom and grandmother watch me lol... NO! But on the bright side the fair is something like a hidden gem full of goodies such as: candy by the bulk, roasted corn, the best cotton candy, kettle corn, magic shows, pig races, livestock, domestic free circuses and more. I'm a family girl so the three of us had a ball laughing and shopping and just enjoying the atmosphere and the cool weather that Saturday evening. A funny but adorable side note is that my grandmother is a hands on women who owns her own flock of about 20 goats or more in here little island of Anguilla B.W.I. so when we went to into the livestock exhibit you could just see her light up in the face seeing the different goats and cattle and others, it was the cutest thing lol.

In the meantime, its November which is easily the toughest and most challenging month of the fall semester in my opinion as a college student so my time has been overly occupied with balancing school, extra-curricular's, resume building opportunities and trying and wishing to have time to blog which is like a get away and something I enjoy and could spend most f my days doing but, duty calls which I hope all my It Gals can understand. I want to say to all those in college feeling the crunch and weight of the semester closing in just fight to finish strong so that all your hard work doesn't fall short in these last few weeks.

Hope this was a cute little update, see ya later It Gals!
